      Learn how/why to connect your Stripe account

      What is Stripe and how does it work?

      Stripe is a payment gateway utilized by some of the largest global e-commerce companies, including Amazon, Google and Salesforce.

      FFAIR partnered with Stripe to offer an integrated payment gateway that allows instant and secure payments that are immediately and automatically transferred to multiple suppliers.

      When do I connect my Stripe account to FFAIR?

      • Connecting your Stripe account with FFAIR is one of the first actions you take within the console. 
      • In order for exhibitors to see your product, you need to connect your Stripe account.

      How do I connect my Stripe account to FFAIR?

      • You will see a blue ribbon at the top of your page that says "Register your Stripe account and link it to FFAIR."

      • Click "Connect Now" 
      • On the Stripe page which has opened, enter your email address and password to log in. Or select the account you wish to connect.
      • Choose to Connect your Business Account with FFAIR.
      • Authorize FFAIR access to your Stripe Account.
      • Return to FFAIR.
      • Once the connection is complete the blue ribbon will disappear (Note that this can take up to 10 seconds).
