# Viewing FFAIR in Your Language
## Switch your exhibitor manual into your preferred language with the language picker
Some organisers make their exhibitor manual available in more than one language. When they do, exhibitors switch FFAIR into their own language using the language picker at the bottom-left menu on the platform, marked with country flags.
Your tasks, task descriptions and Show information can then be shown in your language, wherever the organiser has translated them.

### **Changing your language**
- **Select a flag** in the language picker at the bottom-left of the platform. The page updates straight away.
- **Languages that may be available:** English (UK), English (US), French, German, Italian and Dutch. Each organiser chooses which of these to offer on their Show.
- **Inside a Show,** you’ll only see the language picker if the organiser has added at least one extra language to that Show. If you require an additional language, contact the event organiser directly.
### **How FFAIR remembers your choice**
**Your first visit** to the Login page pre-selects the Default Show language. Once you have chosen your language from the bottom-left hand menu, your **choice is saved** and stays in place when you log out and back in.
### **Why a Show might appear in a different language**
Each event organiser chooses which languages are available on their Show. If the language you’ve chosen isn’t one of them, that Show is shown in the organiser’s default language. As soon as you leave that Show, your own choice comes back.
**Note:** If the organiser hasn’t translated a particular piece of content, it appears in English (UK).
### **Emails**
- **Show emails** — such as invitations, order and approval emails, task reminders and submission emails - are sent in your chosen language if it’s available on that Show. If not, they’re sent in the Show’s default language.
- **Account emails**, such as password resets, are sent in your chosen language.
### **What stays in English (UK)**
- **PDFs**, including invoices, credit notes and task certificates.
- **Shop search**, which runs in English (UK) only. Searching Show Info works in your chosen language.
- **Supplier product details in the Shop**, such as product names, descriptions and fees, aren’t translated.
- **Security emails:** two-factor codes, sign-in from a new device and recovery codes.
