Who should I contact for support?

If you're experiencing issues or have questions about your event on FFAIR, you can reach out for assistance in two key ways: contacting the event organiser or getting in touch with FFAIR’s technical support team. This article will guide you on when and how to contact each one for the most efficient support.

When to Contact the Organiser

The organiser is the best point of contact for show-specific details, task-related queries, and approvals. You should reach out to them when you need help with:

  • Show-Specific Details: Information regarding the event, such as dates, venue, exhibitor requirements, and any specific instructions for the show.

  • Task-Specific Details: Queries about tasks assigned to you, including any clarifications on what is expected or when a task should be completed.

  • Task Approval Information: If you have questions about a task which is waiting for approval (e.g., if it's been completed or requires review), the organiser can assist with this.

You can find the organiser’s details in the Show Info section of your FFAIR portal. Follow these steps to access their contact information:

  1. Log into your FFAIR portal.

  2. Go to the Show Info section (from the left-hand menu).

  3. Look for the Contact Details or Organiser’s Contact section to find their name, email, and/or phone number.

 

When to Contact FFAIR’s Technical Team

If you're experiencing any technical difficulties with the platform, it’s best to reach out directly to FFAIR’s technical team. Common issues that require technical support include:

  • Technical Issues on the Platform: Problems with loading pages, errors with task submissions, or system glitches that impact your ability to work on the platform.

  • Login Issues: If you’re having trouble logging into the system or accessing certain features.

  • Platform-Specific Questions: If you need help with understanding how to use certain tools within FFAIR or need troubleshooting advice for platform features.
