What is FFAIR, and how do I navigate the Exhibitor Portal and Knowledge Base?

What is FFAIR?

FFAIR is an exhibitor management platform that simplifies how you interact with the event organiser, and prepare to exhibit at an event. On FFAIR you can:

  • Manage pre-event tasks:

    • FFAIR provides a clear list of tasks you need to complete before the event, assigned to you by the event organiser. You’ll receive notifications and reminders to help you stay on track.
  • View Event Information
    • On the Show Info page you can view the event manual, created by the event organiser. This manual will provide you will all the details you need in the run up to, and during, the event.
  • View stand details:

    • You can view details about your stand, including its location and layout.
  • Shop at the Exhibitor Shop:

    • Access the Exhibitor Shop to purchase additional services or products to enhance your presence at the event, such as custom graphics, additional booth furnishings, or promotional materials.

Are you the event organiser?

We are not the event organiser, we are the exhibitor management tool.

What information is included in the Knowledge Base?

This Knowledge Base contains information relevant to the use and management of your Exhibitor Portal.

We provide step by step walkthroughs and explanations of each feature on the portal.

We do not provide information specific to individual events, as we are not the event organiser.

How can I find information specific to the event I am exhibiting at?

For information specific to the event/show you are exhibiting at, visit the' Show Info' page within your portal and navigate to the relevant section. Contact details for the event organiser will be within this manual.
