As a supplier, you now have the ability to sort (order) your products in the Exhibitor Shop. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to customise the product order for a more tailored presentation.
Step 1: Enable Shop Sorting Mode
- Log in to the Supplier Portal.
- Click to enter the relevant show/event.
- Navigate to the 'Exhibitor Shop' tab.
- To activate the sorting feature, locate the toggle in the top right corner of the shop page and switch from 'Shop Preview' to 'Sorting Mode.'
- By default, products are sorted alphabetically.
Step 2: Arrange Products with Drag & Drop
- Drag & Drop: In Sorting Mode, click and drag products to your preferred order.
- Save Sorting: Click the Save button to finalize the custom order and switch back to Preview Mode.
- Your sorted arrangement will now be reflected in the Exhibitor Shop.
Additional Options
- Reset Sorting: If you need to revert to alphabetical order, use the Reset Sorting button.
- View Modes: Toggle between List View and Table View for different perspectives on product arrangement.
This feature gives you full control over product presentation, ensuring that exhibitors see your products in the order that best suits your goals.
