Can we add co-exhibitors who share the same stand number as the main exhibitor without needing to change their stand numbers?

In shared stands, tasks are assigned to the stand itself rather than individual exhibitors. To collect information from all exhibitors, you'll need separate task lists for each stand. To differentiate tasks between stand owners and stand sharers, you can use suffixes like "B10-a" and create stand types such as Stand Owner and Stand Sharer. This allows you to allocate different tasks, such as having the Stand Owner complete tasks like Stand Designs, while allowing Stand Sharers to complete tasks like marketing profiles.
