Suppliers can now link product quantities to specific stand properties (stand area or wall length) through the Exhibitor's Shop. This enables automatic price calculations for exhibitors based on these properties.
Steps to Link Quantity to Stand Properties
1. Access the Product Drawer

Log in to your Supplier portal.

Navigate to the Products page.

Open the Product Drawer for the desired product.

Select the Link Property option.
2. Configure Link Property Options
When the Link Property option is selected, a pop-up window will appear with the following options:

Area
-
Wall Length
-
None (default option)
Choose the property to link the product quantity to. If no property is selected, the system will default to None and no automatic calculation will be performed.
3. Automated Price Calculation
Once the property (Area or Wall Length) is linked and the value is provided:

Exhibitor's Shop Display:

An additional price tag appears:
Your stand price with calculated price:
Stand Area (or Wall Length) * Product Price

Cart Quantity Update:
-
The quantity field in the cart will be automatically populated with the value of the linked property (e.g., Stand Area).

Exhibitors can manually adjust the quantity if needed.

If the Area or Wall Length value is:

Not filled
-
Equal to 0
The system will not perform any price calculations, and exhibitors will need to manually enter quantities.
Example Scenarios
Scenario 1: Linking to Stand Area

The exhibitor’s stand has an area of 20m².

The product price is £10/m².

The calculated price displayed: £200 (20m² x £10/m²).
Scenario 2: Linking to Wall Length

The exhibitor’s wall length is 5m.

The product price is £20/m.

The calculated price displayed: £100 (5m x £20/m).
