Understanding Order Statuses and How to Update.

Manage Order Status

The Orders page is where you will manage the status of exhibitor's orders. The order status which you apply to each order can be seen by the exhibitor in their FFAIR console, so it is important to keep this up to date to minimize exhibitor queries and manage their expectations. 

The different order statuses are:

  1. Received - Order received by the supplier.
  2. Processing - Order acknowledgement.
  3. In Transit - Delivering goods to the venue.
  4. Delivered - Goods successfully delivered to stand.
  5. Complete - Goods have been collected from stand (if required)
  6. Cancelled - Order cancelled by the supplier.

A new order will have order Status Received automatically.

 

To update an order status:

  • Navigate to the Orders page
  • Click the clipboard Screenshot 2024-03-14 141426 icon to the right of the required order.
  • On the popup page, navigate to the bottom of the page.
  • Here you will see a status field, showing the current status.
  • Below, in blue, you will have two buttons - one to move the order to the next status, and one to move the order to the previous status.
  • Click the buttons as required to move the order through the entire order/delivery process.

Cancel an Order
  • Utilize the red "Cancel Order" button if required, to cancel the order.
  • On a pop-up screen, you can enter a cancellation reason.
  • You can check/uncheck the 'Notify' box, this determines whether the exhibitor will receive an email notification of the order cancellation including the cancellation reason you have entered here.

Cancelling an order does not automatically issue a refund, please notify support@ffair.io of a refund request.
