How to whitelist domains

If no shows appear in your portal and only a blank/white is displayed (as shown in the image below), your company firewall may be blocking the domains used by FFAIR.

Resolution Steps:

  1. Check Firewall Settings:

    • Confirm with your IT department that firewall settings may be the cause of the issue.
  2. Whitelist the Following Domains:

    • Ensure the following domains are whitelisted in your company firewall settings:

      • https://us-central1-ffair-live.cloudfunctions.net
      • https://ffair-live-console.web.app
      • https://app.ffair.io
      • https://app.ffair.co.uk
      • https://ffair-live-console.firebaseapp.com
      • https://firestore.googleapis.com
      • https://www.googleapis.com
      • https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com
      • https://fonts.googleapis.com
  3. Verify Connectivity:

    • Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
  4. Refresh the Portal:

    • After whitelisting the domains, refresh the portal to check if the issue is resolved.
