# After the initial upload, can I bulk upload more exhibitors or exhibitor users?

Yes, you can.

To do this:

1. Go to the **Exhibitors** page in your show.
2. Click the **Upload Exhibitors** button.
3. Use the same bulk upload template you used initially.
4. Add only the *new* exhibitors or users you want to upload - **do not include existing ones**, as this will create duplicates.
5. Upload the updated file and confirm the import.

If you're only adding new **users** to existing companies, just include the existing company details (name, stand number, build type) and the new user(s) in the file — they’ll be linked automatically.
