After the initial upload, can I bulk upload more exhibitors or exhibitor users?

Yes, you can.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Exhibitors page in your show.

  2. Click the Upload Exhibitors button.

  3. Use the same bulk upload template you used initially.

  4. Add only the new exhibitors or users you want to upload - do not include existing ones, as this will create duplicates.

  5. Upload the updated file and confirm the import.

If you're only adding new users to existing companies, just include the existing company details (name, stand number, build type) and the new user(s) in the file — they’ll be linked automatically.
