An exhibitor is telling me they have not received their Welcome email with the sign-up link. Can I send it again?

Yes, you can resend the Welcome email as many times as needed. Here's how to do it:

How to Resend the Welcome Email:

  1. Go to the Exhibitors Page:

    • Log in to your FFAIR portal and navigate to the Exhibitors page.

  2. Filter Your Exhibitors:

    • Use the filter options to show only Pending exhibitors (and/or those who have not been invited yet).

  3. Select the Exhibitors:

    • Once filtered, you will be able to select all the exhibitors in the Pending or Not Invited status.

  4. Resend the Invite:

    • Use the same steps you initially used to send the Welcome email and resend the invite to the selected exhibitors.

If the Welcome Email Still Isn’t Received:

If an exhibitor still doesn't receive the Welcome email for any reason, you can share their sign-up link directly with them.

Here’s how to get their sign-up link:

  1. Find the Exhibitor:

    • Go to the Exhibitors page and locate the exhibitor who needs the link.

  2. Enter the Exhibitor's Account:

    • Click the arrow to the right of their name to enter their account details.

  3. Go to the Users Page:

    • Once in their account, click on the Users page.

  4. Copy the Invite Link:

    • Find the user you want to share the link with, and click the three-dot menu next to their name.

    • From the menu, select Copy Invite Link.

This will add the exhibitor’s sign-up link to your clipboard, which you can then paste into a direct email or any communication to share it with the exhibitor.
