Custom Branding Toolkit

This is a paid upgrade (£1000 GBP/event) that unlocks advanced branding tools including background and theme customisation, colour palettes, and logo/banner management

With the Custom Branding Toolkit, you can apply your event’s visual identity to the exhibitor portal, helping you create a cohesive, on-brand experience for exhibitors.

What You Can Do

Once unlocked, the Branding Toolkit gives you the ability to:
  • Choose from pre-approved light and dark theme backgrounds (patterns, gradients, or photography).
  • Upload your own background image (SVG, JPEG, JPG or PNG) with support for both light and dark themes. Exhibitors can then choose their preferred theme.
  • Customise your portal theme colours, banner image, and background opacity for a tailored look.
  • Manage logos and show card images directly from the same settings area.


This is perfect for organisers who want to deliver a professional, branded environment without relying on developers.

Purchasing the Branding Toolkit

Before purchase, you’ll see a locked Branding and View Settings section within your Show Settings.

Options for Background and Theme will be greyed out and display a lock icon on hover.

Click Unlock to open the purchase modal.

Purchase Modal Details:
  • Description: Unlock Custom Branding tools to change your background and theme.
  • Price: £1000 GBP (price shown in GBP even if your show uses another currency).
  • Buttons: Purchase or Cancel

Once purchased, the Branding & View Settings section will unlock immediately.

 

Branding Options

After unlocking, new options will appear in Show Settings → Branding & View Settings.

Logo & Banner

You can customise:
  • Logo (shown in the top left of the portal)
  • Show Card Image
  • Show Banner (displayed across the top of the exhibitor portal)

Banner Customisation Includes:
  • Colour Palette with up to 3 lines of colours
  • Colour picker and reset to default (FFAIR default blue)
  • Image upload (JPEG/JPG/PNG, max 5MB, optimal size 1366 x 132px)
  • Opacity adjustment
  • Option to hide gradient overlay
  • Live preview before saving

Primary Colour
  • Adjust the primary colour used across the exhibitor portal.
  • Includes an opacity slider for finer control.
  • Changes apply immediately to the selected show.
  • Reset to default at any time.

Background

Customise the background of your portal using either a solid colour or a custom image.

Options:

  • Colour picker and palette (with reset)
  • Upload image (JPEG/JPG/PNG, max 10MB)
  • Adjust opacity
  • Preview the background changes in real time

Theme Settings

Switch between Light Theme (default) and Dark Theme, and adjust transparency across key UI elements:

  • Left Menu Opacity (0–100%)
  • Dashboard & Task Blocks Opacity (75–100%)
  • Background behind elements is always set to white for clarity.

Preview Mode

All branding changes can be previewed in real time before saving. This allows you to experiment with different combinations confidently.
