Exhibitor Status

What do each of the exhibitor statuses mean?

Exhibitor statuses help you quickly understand where each exhibitor is in their onboarding journey and whether they have access to their portal.

Below is a breakdown of what each status means.

Not invited

The exhibitor has not yet been sent an invitation to access their portal.

They will not have access until an invite is sent.

Pending

The exhibitor has been invited but has not yet accessed their portal.

This usually means they haven’t clicked the invite link or completed setup.

Active

The exhibitor has accessed their portal and is actively using FFAIR.

Once an exhibitor clicks their invite email and logs in, their status will update to Active.

Blocked

The invitation email could not be delivered.

This typically happens when the receiving server blocks the email.

If this happens, you can:

  • contact the exhibitor and ask them to add @ffair.io to their safe senders list

  • resend the invite

  • or share the invite link directly with them

Varies (Stand status only)

The Varies status applies at stand level, not individual users.

It will appear when:

  • the primary exhibitor user is not Active, and

  • at least one other user on the stand is Active

This means someone on the stand has access, but the main contact has not yet activated their account.

In all other cases, the stand status will match the primary user’s status.

Summary

  • Not invited → no invite sent

  • Pending → invited but not accessed

  • Active → has accessed the portal

  • Blocked → email delivery failed

  • Varies → mixed user statuses on a stand
