FFAIR -> Sitka SSO Integration

This integration allows exhibitors to log in to Sitka directly from FFAIR using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Sitka is already integrated with FFAIR to synchronise exhibitor users. This enhancement adds secure deep-link access, removing the need for exhibitors to log in separately to Sitka.

What this integration does

  • Enables Single Sign-On (SSO) from FFAIR to Sitka

  • Allows exhibitors to access Sitka via deep links

  • Eliminates the need for separate Sitka login credentials

This creates a smoother exhibitor experience and reduces login friction.

Prerequisite context

  • Sitka already uses FFAIR’s getExhibitors endpoint

  • Exhibitor users are already synchronised from FFAIR to Sitka

  • This integration focuses only on authentication and access

Where to find the integration

  1. Go to Show Settings

  2. Open Integrations

  3. Select Sitka

Enabling the Sitka SSO integration

In the Sitka modal:

  1. Enable the FFAIR → Sitka toggle

  2. Complete the following fields:

    • Encryption Key

    • URL

      • Example placeholder:

  3. Click Save

Exhibitor experience

Once the Sitka integration is enabled:

  • A Login to Sitka button appears in the Exhibitor Portal

  • Exhibitors click the button to access Sitka

  • Authentication happens automatically via SSO

  • No Sitka username or password is required
