FFAIR - VISIT Integration
Connecting FFAIR to Visit Connect
The FFAIR–Visit integration allows exhibitors to access their Visit Connect account directly from within FFAIR.
Once connected, exhibitors can set up onsite lead capture, invite stand staff, and generate their own QR codes for visitors — all without needing a separate login.

Step 1: Add Your Visit Credentials
In your show’s Settings page, go to the Integrations tab and locate Visit.
You’ll see this setup window:

Enter the following details provided by your Visit representative:
- 
Event Code – your Visit event reference (also known as Expo ID) 
- 
Pre-shared Key – the shared authentication key provided by Visit 
- 
API Key – your Visit API access key 
- 
Redirect URL (optional) – if you’d like users redirected to a specific page in Visit after login 
Click Sync once complete.
A “✅ Sync complete” message confirms the integration has connected successfully.
Step 2: How It Works
After the connection is established:
- 
When an exhibitor is created in FFAIR, their profile is automatically created in Visit. 
- 
FFAIR passes key data such as: - 
Exhibitor name 
- 
Stand number 
- 
Contact details 
- 
Company name and address 
- 
Registration type ID 
 
- 
- 
This data is securely synced with Visit and linked directly to the exhibitor’s FFAIR account. 
Step 3: Exhibitor Access via SSO
Once connected, exhibitors can access Visit Connect directly through FFAIR using Single Sign-On (SSO).
You can display the link in two places:
- 
Exhibitor dashboard– a “Visit Connect” button appears automatically once the integration is live. 
- 
Task list – add a task such as “Set up onsite lead capture and badging” and include the Visit SSO link. 
Each exhibitor will be taken straight to their own Visit Connect account — no need to create or log in separately.
💡 Need to Re-Sync?
If credentials are updated or the connection expires, simply re-enter the details and click Sync again.
A new confirmation message will appear once the connection is restored
