Embedding Your Show on a Website

1. Go to Show Settings: In your FFAIR platform, navigate to Company Settings.
2. Enable Embedding: In the Embedded Show List section, toggle the option On.
3. Copy Embed Code: Use the "Copy to Buffer" button to copy the embed script.
4. Select Shows: Choose which shows to include in the embed. By default, the list is sorted by date.
5. Paste Code: Embed the code on your website to display your show list. Exhibitors can view details and click "Shop Now" to access the FFAIR sign-up page.

Exhibitor Sign-Up Process

1. Step 1 - Basic Information: Exhibitors fill in:

   • Company Name (required)
   • Email (required)
   • Stand Number (optional validation based on map settings)
   • System provides warnings or errors if data conflicts with existing records.
     

2. Step 2 - Additional Details: Exhibitors provide:

   • • Registered Address (optional)
     • First and Last Name (required)
     • Contact Phone Number (optional)
     • Build Type, Stand Width, Depth (as per show settings)
     
     

3. Submit & Confirm:

   • After signing up, exhibitors are redirected to a success page with instructions to verify their email.
   • A verification link is sent via email, allowing them to complete the registration.
