# How to invite a new supplier to FFAIR

To invite new suppliers to join your FFAIR account, follow these simple steps:

- Click on the blue "+ Invite Supplier" button located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the following information about the new supplier: 
    - **Company Name:** Enter the full registered name.
    - **Email:** Provide the email address of the supplier.
    - **First Name:** Enter the first name of the contact person at the supplier's company.
    - **Last Name:** Enter the last name of the contact person.
    - **Currency:** Select the appropriate currency for transactions from the dropdown menu.
- Once you have entered all information in the appropriate fields click "Invite Supplier" to send an Invitation email to the supplier.

If the supplier doesn't receive the invitation, ask them to check their spam folder. Alternatively, you can utilise the 'Copy Invite Link' feature, and they can sign up using that.
