Manage your organiser settings, including the organiser icon, company details and monthly statements.
1. Navigate to the Organiser Settings Page:
- Log in to your portal.
- Select "Settings" from the left menu.
Tip: If you're currently in a show, use the "Back to all shows" link to navigate back to your Organisation area.
2. Add Your Company Icon:
- Press the upload icon and select your file.
Tip: Use a .png or .jpg image with an ideal resolution of 300px by 300px.
Note: The organisation icon will be displayed across all emails, within the exhibitor portal, and the supplier portal.
3. Update Your Organisation Details:
- Press the edit symbol to add/edit:
- Organiser Name
- Company Name
- Address
- Postcode/Zip Code
- Sales Contact
- Onsite Contact
- Tax Number.
4. Manage Tax Invoices:
- Tax Invoices will appear every month, detailing all commissions from Shop sales and are available to download.
