- We're happy to announce an improvement to our email template editor based on your valuable feedback. Going forward, you'll notice that the 'Edit' label has been replaced with 'Save'. This adjustment aims to enhance usability and cohesion within the FFAIR platform.

- Organiser Dashboard: We're thrilled to introduce our latest addition, the "Dashboard" page on the organiser console! Designed to elevate your event organisation experience and centralise vital event information, this dashboard will streamline your event management process further. Here's what you can anticipate from this exciting new feature:
Timelines Overview: Stay up-to-date with real-time insights into the activities happening within your event. From “Task Completion” to “Order Creation” and even “New Exhibitor Addition” keep track of what’s going on from the Dashboard page.
Task Status Chart: Enjoy a comprehensive view of your exhibitors' task statuses in real-time. Choose to view tasks in total numbers or as a percentage of total tasks, displayed on an easy-to-read chart.
- Supplier Access to Read-Only Exhibitor Shop: We're excited to announce that suppliers can now view a show’s exhibitor shop from within their supplier console. Browse the shop and view images, descriptions and pricing exactly as exhibitor’s see it. Utilise this view to enhance your product offerings and make your products stand out!
Linking Exhibitor Custom Fields with Tasks and Sub-tasks: Organisers can now easily connect exhibitor custom fields with tasks and sub-tasks, using responses as values for exhibitor custom fields. This functionality allows for smoother workflows, providing enhanced flexibility and customisation options. It ensures precise data capture at every stage of a task’s lifecycle, facilitating more efficient event management processes.
