Release notes - FFAIR Scrum - 1.14.3

Latest Release Notes 03/2024

Improvements

We have added an ‘Approval History’ button to the info section of any task which requires approval, making it easier to track the approval/rejection history of such tasks. Screenshot 2024-03-29 141352

Previously, rejected tasks moved back into an exhibitor’s to do list, without obvious distinction. We’ve added ‘Rejected’ labels to appropriate tasks to help these tasks stand out. Screenshot 2024-03-29 141435

We’ve increased our maximum ‘Show Name’ character limit, to allow for longer Show names - especially handy if you are managing multiple shows within one event.

New Features

Introducing our brand new Knowledge Base

The one you've been eagerly awaiting! Now accessible by clicking the ‘Help & Support’ button on your console, our detailed Knowledge base has been designed to provide valuable FFAIR console information and support for our three key users: Organisers, Suppliers, and Exhibitors. Make use of the easy to use search bar to quickly find the article you need, or spend some time browsing our list of articles to help you gain a better understanding of the console.

If, for some reason, you’re still unable to find what you need, simply use the 'Contact Us' button located at the top of the Knowledge Base to send a ticket directly to our friendly Customer Success team, who are waiting to help!

Unveiling our updated Feature Request Board

Select the ‘Feature Requests’ button on your console to unveil our updated feature request board. Here, you can add, chat about, and monitor desired features or improvements for FFAIR. Submit fresh ideas and enable other users to comment on or upvote them. Alternatively, explore our existing roadmap composed of ideas from fellow users and contribute to those. We're planning big things for FFAIR, and your ideas are set to play a major role in our journey ahead.

Task History Timeline

Enjoy enhanced task visibility with the introduction of the History timeline  features on each Exhibitor’s ‘Tasks’ page: Organisers now have the ability to track the complete history of tasks and task actions within their FFAIR console, providing transparency and accountability throughout the task lifecycle. By clicking the icon within the ‘History Timeline’ section on any task, organisers can access a detailed history popup, providing a list of actions related to the task, from newest to oldest. For every action listed in the timeline, user information is displayed, including the user's logo, contact name, company name, date and time of the action, and role.
