Read on below for more information on our latest exciting additions to the FFAIR console, designed with our users at the fore front.
Improvements
- We've now made the full sub-task area clickable for exhibitors, making it easier for them to navigate opening and responding to a sub-task.
- We've made it easier for organisers/exhibitors to navigate the Show Manual, by adding a 'back to top' button to the manual.
- Our 'Task Approval' emails now include the Exhibitor name in the subject.
- We've added a Sub-task icon with counter to the task review list in Tasks.
- In task with response type 'File Upload' the Graphic formats are now split further, allowing you more control of the type of file which can be uploaded.
New Features
- Download files from task responses: By customer request, you now have the ability to bulk download all file responses from task submissions Using the download icon on the tasks page, which previously allowed you to download task responses, you can now choose to download all files that have been uploaded as responses to a task. These files will be conveniently packaged into a zip file, organised by exhibitor/stand number. Having the ability to download files in this way makes it easier for you, the organiser, to view, organise, and share files outside of FFAIR.
- Exhibitor name added to tasks review page: To enhance the organiser experience, the exhibitor name is now displayed for each task on the tasks review page. This update provides organisers with easier access to task ownership information, allowing you to quickly identify which exhibitor a task belongs to without having to click into each individual task. This improvement streamlines your workflow and saves you time by making it immediately clear who is responsible for each task.
- Bulk upload template fill: We're making it even easier to keep your exhibitor information up-to-date. You now have the option to fill your exhibitor ‘bulk upload’ template with all existing information from your FFAIR console. By choosing this option, the template you download will contain the most up-to-date exhibitor information, allowing you to simply add or amend the necessary details rather than starting from scratch. This feature helps reduce possible errors and significantly decreases the risk of accidentally overwriting exhibitor information.
