I've added my products and assigned them to the show. Why aren't they visible in the Exhibitor Shop?

There are three possible reasons why your products may not be visible in the Exhibitor Shop:

1. Your Stripe Account Isn't Connected

  • Without a connected Stripe account, your products won’t be visible in the shop. Make sure your Stripe account is properly linked to your exhibitor portal.

2. Product Visibility Hasn’t Been Toggled On

  • After assigning products to the show, you need to toggle their visibility on. This step ensures the products are visible to customers.

  • Click here and navigate to the Product Visibility section to learn how to toggle visibility on.

3. Product Categories Don’t Align

  • On the organiser's side, they set the categories of products that you can sell in the shop. If the categories you've selected for your products when adding them don’t match the organiser’s settings, the products won’t show up.

  • If you've already checked the first two options, reach out to the organiser. Provide them with your selected product categories so they can ensure each one is enabled for you.
