View your existing products & manage their information.

View Product Information

Step 1: Accessing the Product Page

1. Log in to your supplier console using your credentials.
2. Locate and click on the "Product" page tab to access your product list.

Step 2: Viewing Product Information

1. Upon accessing the Product page, you will be presented with a list of your products.
2. Each product entry will display essential information including:
   • Product Image: A visual representation of the product.
   • Product Name: The name or title of the product.
   • Shows Appearance: The number of shows the product is allocated.
   • Price Per Unit: The cost of a single unit of the product.
   • Quantity Available: The typical number of products allocated to each event.
   
   

Manage Product Information

To edit the information held on the console about any product:

1. Log in to your supplier console using your credentials.
2. Locate and click on the "Product" page tab to access your product list.
3. Click the 3 dots to the right of the required product
4. Click "Edit"
5. Amend any relevant information. View the 'Add Products' page to learn more about what each field on the "Edit product" page means.
6. Once you are happy with your edits, click "Save."
7. The product information will now be updated. If it is assigned to any shows the information will update there also.

Assign Product to Show

To assign a single/multiple products to a show:

1. Log in to your supplier console using your credentials.
2. Locate and click on the "Product" page tab to access your product list.
3. Check the box on the left-hand side beside the required products(s).
4. Click the 3 dots which will appear in the top right of the product page.
5. Click "Assign to Show"
6. From the pop-up, check the box beside any show you wish to assign the product to.
7. Click "Submit"
8. The product(s) will now appear on the Products page in the relevant show(s).
