FFAIR - Zapier Set Up

1. Sign up on zapier Automate without limits | Zapier

2. Go to Zap

    

   
   

   

3. Add zapier webhook as trigger

    

   
   

   

4. Choose Catch hook

    

   
   

   

5. Nothing here

    

   
   

   

6. Copy hook url

    

   
   

    

7. Paste here and click Test

    

   

8. Click Test trigger and Continue with selected record

    

   
   

    

9. Create google sheet with needed headers (ID is require, others are about your goal)

10. Choose google sheets as action

     

    
    

     

11. Set up google account and choose Update Spreadsheet row

     

    

12. Choose needed Drive, Spreadsheet, and Worksheet. Click at + Add search step and add it

     

    

13. Set up searching step (Lookup column = ID as Lookup value)

     

    

14. 🥊🥊🥊 Click at Create Google Sheets ... and map fields from request and headers of your google sheet

     

    

15. Test step and continue

    

16. Test 3rd step and publish
