How to invite Exhibitors

1. Navigate to the Exhibitors Page:

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Select the relevant Show.
  • In the left menu, find and click on "Exhibitors."

2. Filter Exhibitors:

Note: Invites can be sent to exhibitors with the "Not Invited" status or resent to exhibitors with the "Pending" status.

  • Press the filter icon.
  • Deselect any statuses you don't require.
  • Highlight the desired statuses in blue and press apply.

Note: Exhibitors with your chosen statuses will remain visible.

3. Select Exhibitors:

  • Utilise the checkbox in the title row to multi-select all exhibitors or select/deselect individually using the checkbox next to each exhibitor.

4. Send Invites:

  • Once at least one exhibitor is selected, the three-dot menu icon will appear top right within the title row of the exhibitor table.
  • Press the three-dot menu and select "Send Invites."

Note: The system will process the invites and send them to all selected exhibitors. This process may take a few minutes. Please wait until the screen refreshes and your exhibitors' statuses update to "Pending". You may need to adjust your filters to see pending exhibitors.

5. Exhibitor Status Update:

  • Once an exhibitor clicks on the invite email and accesses their portal, their status will update to "Active."
  • If an email is blocked by the receiving server, we will return a status of "Blocked."
    • You may wish to contact the exhibitor and request that they add '@ffair.io' to their safe senders list.
    • Alternatively, you can use the invite link and share it via email.
