How to update your invite email
Before you start:
- Add Custom Exhibitor Fields
- Assign Custom Exhibitor Fields to Exhibitor
- Add Build Types
- Add Package Types
- Update Organiser Settings
- Update Show Settings
1. Navigate to the Exhibitors Page:
- Log in to your portal.
- Select the relevant Show.
- In the left menu, find and click on "Settings."
2. Update Email Templates:
- Scroll down to "Email Templates."
- Press the three-dot menu and click on "Edit."
3. Modify Email Template Content:
Note: Template text is provided for your convenience.
- Update the Subject: It is recommended to include the show name in the subject for better recognition.
- Update the Greeting.
- Update the body and callout text: You can embolden text, add lists, hyperlinks, and colour font and background.
- To hyperlink, highlight the text you want to hyperlink and press the link icon. You can then paste in the hyperlink or mailto address.
Personalisation tags are available; a list of these are shown at the bottom of the modal.

4. Include Personalised Information:
- Add personalised Custom Exhibitor Fields and Stand Properties into the text:
- Press the code icon or use the '<' key.
- A list of stand properties and Custom Exhibitor fields will appear for you to inject into your copy.
5. Update Button Text:
- Update your button text.
6. Preview and Save:
- Preview your email by pressing "Preview." Your preview will open in a new tab.
- Press "Edit" to save your Invite template.
- Press "Cancel" to close without saving if needed.
Tip: Utilise Stand Properties and Custom Exhibitor fields within the invite to make the first contact informative and personalised.
